That’s exactly what happened at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, where a towering interior glass panel unexpectedly shattered in one of the building’s main atrium features.
The scope of the job wasn’t small. We’re talking about a massive custom panel at a height and scale that demanded absolute precision, coordination, and speed.
With guests and operations still flowing around the space, we had to develop a strategy that minimized disruption while ensuring the safe removal and replacement of the broken glass.
