Pacific Point Skylight Smoke Test

When water intrusion issues began affecting the interior of Pacific Point, the source wasn't immediately clear. Ramos Industries conducted diagnostic testing to identify leaks around two large architectural skylights on the property.

• Smoke test performed on two large structural skylights

Site Conditions & Challenges

One of the challenges we encountered early on was maneuvering the scissor lift through the main entrance. With very limited clearance and a tight approach angle, the crew had to carefully position equipment without damaging surfaces or disrupting operations.

Results

The testing provided undeniable evidence of failure points and gave the property management team clarity and confidence in their next steps for repair.
