MBT 350 – Tenant Improvement Glazing Installation

Location: Manhattan Beach Towers – Suite 350 (3rd Floor)

Ramos Industries was selected to furnish and install a complete glazing package for a tenant improvement build-out at MBT 350. The scope of work included furnishing and installing aluminum storefront frames, 3/8” clear tempered glass, and custom FHC aluminum sliding barn doors.

Scope of work:

• (9) Storefront openings
• (10) FHC aluminum barn-style slider doors

All framing was fabricated using Atlas 1-3/4” x 4-1/2” aluminum storefront material with a clear anodized finish. The glass was supplied by Glasswerks, and all units were set with precision to match the office layout and ensure long-term performance.

Since the office space was vacant, our team completed the install during regular business hours without disruption to other trades.

This project is another example of how Ramos Industries delivers clean, efficient, and architecturally aligned glazing systems for modern commercial interiors.
